Warranty / ReturnIf you're not happy with what you purchased from us, for any reason, send it back, and we'll refund your money. If it's a product that you bought a while back, and it failed in some way, we'll either fix it, replace it, or refund your money (our choice). Try to keep it in the same condition in which you received it. Please don't wear it in the field for two months and than call to say that you don't like it. Too many of those and we won't be able to offer this return policy. When returning an
item, it's best to call first to let
us know the package is on it's way. Sorry, but we can't pick up the return shipping cost. Put a note in the package with your name, address, phone number, and reason for the return. USPS is the best way to ship. I don't think UPS or FedX delivers to a PO Box. Very Important: The
package must
have a tracking number or delivery conformation number.
